The key points to note are that if we are all in agreement that no nuclear threat existed, then given biological and chemical threats have shelf lives of only a few months, if there was not an active massive facility undertaking production despite intrusive U.N. inspections, no threat existed to Iraq’s neighbours, and certainly not to the U.S. a third of the world away.
